- Two 45-Minute Sessions Per Month: Focused on mapping your energy, understanding your processing style, and designing your life.
- Two 20-Minute Laser Sessions Per Month: Rapid-support sessions available via text, chat, or video to help you navigate quick-focus topics.
- Executive Function Resources: Full, ongoing access to tailored tools, worksheets, and resources designed specifically for neurodivergent minds.
- Four-Month Minimum Commitment: To allow us enough time to experiment, adapt, and integrate strategies that feel supportive and lasting.
